Each marketplace has its own publishing rules. Every time you make a change to your listing and re-publish it, it will take some time for those changes to make it to each marketplace partner we have. Here are the times you can expect to wait before your changes take effect:

If you have forgotten your password or it is not working, then click the link within the login box that says, "Forgot your account password?" Enter the email address associated with your Mota account and click "continue". A temporary password will be sent to your email. Log into your account using your email address and the temporary password provided. Once you have logged in you will be prompted to change your password.

There are two ways to change your password.
1. Prior to profile login,
If you want to change your password prior to accessing your profile, click the link within the login box that says, "change your password?" Enter the email address associated with your Mota profile and click "continue". Enter your email address, old password, new password and then the new password once more to confirm. Then click the "submit" button. You will receive a message that says your password has successfully been changed. To proceed to your Mota profile, click the "Login" link in the top right corner of the page.
2. If you are logged into your profile,
Changing your password once you are logged into your Mota profile can be done from the "My Profile" tab. To access the profile settings, click the "My Profile" link at the top of the page. Once you are in the profile settings, click on the link that says "Change Password." Enter the email address associated with your Mota profile and click "continue". Enter your old password, new password and then the new password once more to confirm. Then click the "submit" button. You will receive a message that says your password has successfully been changed.
